Shipping policy

Love Yourself 3D LLC, we design and/or make every item with care.  Because many of our products are printed to order, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • We strive to process and print most orders within 2–5 business days.

  • Customized orders may require additional production time.

  • During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States and Internationally using USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Please note that delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out based on order weight and shipping requirements.  We offer many shipping options provided by USPS.

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and a detailed tracking number. Carrier tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery date/time for every order, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances are beyond our control and may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are entirely responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.  If you realize you have made any error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@loveyourself3d.com. 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the address.  We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping

Love Yourself 3D, LLC ships within limited international markets. Currently providing shipping options to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.  We may expand our international shipping options in the future.
