Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.  Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or items are missing from your shipment, contact us at returns@loveyourself3d.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the package.   We will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.  This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received the package, please check with your neighbors, check all exterior doors/porches, or contact the mail carrier.  We do not issue refunds or send free replacements for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen or missing.

If your item has not been marked as delivered and is missing or lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date for replacement or refund.  We will work with the carrier to request an insurance payout for the package.  This can take 2-5+ weeks, so please bear with us during this process.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are entirely responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.  If you realize you have made any error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@loveyourself3d.com.  If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the address.  We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please note, all refund requests outside this policy cannot be honored.  Love Yourself 3D, LLC reserves the right to review each claim before approving a replacement or refund.  If you have any questions regarding the return and refund policy please contact us through the contact form or email us at contact@loveyourself3d.com.
